services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not

agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, enquiries submitted via the Site, and clients who engage

Mahoney Audio for professional services.

2. Services

Mahoney Audio provides professional audio consulting services. The specific scope,

deliverables, and timelines for any engagement will be agreed in writing prior to

commencement of work.

We reserve the right to decline any project or enquiry at our discretion. Acceptance of an

enquiry via the contact form does not constitute a binding agreement; a contract is formed

only upon written confirmation and, where applicable, receipt of any agreed deposit.

3. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Information submitted via the contact form on the Site is used solely to respond to your

enquiry and to discuss potential services. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that the

information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to make contact on behalf of

any organisation you represent.

Submission of a contact form does not create a contractual relationship or obligation on

either party.

4. Payments

4.1 Payment Processing

Payments for services are processed securely through Stripe, a third-party payment

provider. By making a payment, you also agree to Stripe’s own Terms of Service and

Privacy Policy, available at stripe.com. Mahoney Audio does not store your card details.

4.2 Payment Terms

Specific payment terms (including any deposit requirements, milestone payments, or final

balances) will be set out in your individual service agreement or proposal. Unless otherwise

agreed in writing:

• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue.•
Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in

accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

• Work may be paused or withheld pending receipt of overdue payment.

4.3 Pricing

All prices are quoted in GBP (pound sterling) and, unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of

VAT. Any applicable VAT will be clearly indicated at the point of sale or within the service

proposal.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Mahoney Audio does not operate a standard fixed refund policy. Refunds and cancellations

are handled on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the project, work

completed to date, and any costs incurred.

If you wish to cancel or vary an engagement, please contact us as early as possible. We will

endeavour to reach a fair resolution in all cases.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK

consumer protection legislation are not affected by these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, audio samples, branding, logos, and design — is the

intellectual property of Mahoney Audio unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce,

distribute, or use any such content without our express written permission.

Intellectual property rights in work produced for clients will be addressed in the individual

service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, rights in deliverables pass to the

client only upon receipt of full payment.

7. Third-Party Services

The Site and our services may involve or reference third-party platforms and tools (including

Stripe for payment processing). Mahoney Audio is not responsible for the content, reliability,

or practices of any third-party service. Use of such services is subject to their own terms and

privacy policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mahoney Audio shall not be liable for any indirect,

incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or engagement of our

services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability to you in connection with any services shall not exceed the total fees paid

by you for those services.Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability
for death or personal injury caused by

negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be

excluded under English law.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or

implied. While we take care to ensure information on the Site is accurate and up to date, we

make no representations or warranties as to its completeness or fitness for a particular
